A book about the history of the Open Council

I recommend a book open on the council, perhaps the most comprehensive study of this democratic institution from its origins until now. It is entitled "Direct Democracy Council. Open and Town Councils. The author is Henry Orduña Rebollo and editorial published in the Civitas in 1994 (still can be ordered at bookstores).
